Seeking ESL job in Turkey

I am looking for a position teaching English to children or adults. I would prefer working in the Antalya area, but would consider any attractive offer in other areas of scenic beauty.

I have three years of experience teaching English to children, ages pre-school through middle school, at Nam Inchon SLP and Bupyong SLP. I also have experience teaching American children in a school setting, and teaching adults in both a classroom setting and one-on-one.

I take pride in my professionalism and skills.

At Nam Inchon SLP, I created a variety of materials and activities to supplement the curriculum and materials provided by the school. I tailored my approach for each class, based on students’ abilities and interests.

A particular area of satisfaction was giving the students a cultural experience. The most sophisticated was helping to create a “Haunted House” for the annual Halloween event. I also taught the students songs, chants, and games.

I am currently a Case Manager in a government contracted program in my home city of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. However, I find I miss the stimulation of working and teaching in another country.

Salary requirements are negotiable, based on local living expenses. Accommodations can be modest as long as they are safe, clean, and comfortable. I am available for a one-year contract with transportation provided.
